Jake's eleven months old as of yesterday! Our little guy loves remote controls, cheerios, being outside, and the two steps in our house that lead to the laundry room. He does NOT like: five-point restraint harnesses (doesn't matter where), getting dressed, naps, and getting his nose wiped. He's on the brink of so many new things -- from taking his first, unaided steps (better not happen at daycare) to starting dairy! He's silly and sweet and determined... and 11 months later I still look at him and can't believe he's really my baby -- I'm so lucky. :)

I'm crying at 9:15 a.m. Thanks! I love reading all the ins and outs of Jake's life. Makes it seems like we're not so far away. I can't believe he likes those steps. Maybe he could throw some clothes in for you while he's in there. :) Happy 11 Months, Jake!
