I can't communicate with our cleaning ladies because they only speak Spanish, but Will lights up when they come in the house and talk to him. He either loves the sound of the language or understands what they're saying! I love when people make a big deal out of my kids so I make sure to stick around until they show up on Wednesdays... they immediately take Will from my arms and pass him around, each giving him hugs and kisses. It makes my day. :)
